Menu of Tests: OncoCEE™

Biocept is dedicated in developing an extensive menu of laboratory tests to address various types of solid tumor cancers. 

Each of our tests are named OncoCEE™ with a suffix to indicate the type of test requested and performed.  Each test has several different test codes to order unique and specific markers.

OncoCEE-BR™ includes the following tests for breast cancer:

      Enumeration (CK)

      HER2 by FISH

      ER & PR by ICC (pending)

OncoCEE-PR™ includes the following tests for prostate cancer (Q2 2012):

      Enumeration (CK and/or CEE-Enhanced™)

      AR, PTEN & C-myc by FISH

       PSA by ICC

OncoCEE-LU™ includes the following tests for non small cell lung and small cell lung cancer (Q3 2012):

      Enumeration (CK and/or CEE-Enhanced™)

     EGFR mutations by PCR

OncoCEE-CR™ includes the following tests for colorectal cancer (Q4 2012):

      Enumeration (CK and/or CEE-Enhanced™)

      KRAS mutations by PCR
